Kurt Wrigley

Kurt has had over 30 years of leadership and team development experience in elite sport, education and corporate.

It was easy to see that teams that heavily invested in their culture and leadership had improved outcomes across result areas. It was a clear competitive advantage that took time and deliberate effort to develop and maintain, but the payoff was immense in an environment where these marginal gains had a significant impact to individual & team performance.


Damien Hill

Damien has been in leadership roles from primary school and has learnt that anyone can lead. It doesn't take a title, just a willingness to walk the talk and the courage to fight for the behaviours you know are right for those around you.

As a rugby coach for over 22 years, Damien's purpose was to develop leaders and improve performance of individuals and teams in pursuit of winning. At Leading Teams, our purpose is to help teams and leaders be high performing. It was this similarity in purpose that made Leading Teams the latest team for Damien.
